Scheduling

Depending on your goals, we may meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Session frequency may be adjusted as needed. I will work with you to find a time that works with your schedule.

Rates

For coaching, I charge $365 for the first 60-minute session and $275 for subsequent 45-minute sessions. Payments are accepted via Zelle.

For individuals contemplating a career change to mental health, I offer a one-time, 30-minute consultation call for $100. If you are interested in this option, please make sure to mention this in your message.
